Pretty good overall
Pros
Very responsive, super is great, neighbors are quiet and never seen
Cons
The management can be faster with their notices

Quiet and pet friendly
Pros
Double doors to get into the building. Always saw a maintenance worker around. Management office a couple blocks away.
Cons
Not enough trash cans/recycling bins in basement. Always had overflow on the weekend.
Advice to the owners
More bins in the basement
