Long standing tenant
Pros
Amazing super, great area, repairs get addressed in a decent amount of time (with a little reminding).
Cons
Something about our heat isn't calibrated right, so goes on at strange times.

Lived here for a few years
Pros
Great location, some neighbors were nice, you can do whatever you want.
Cons
When I moved in there were LOTS of roaches, thankfully management got them under control, however building is dirty and you have to seal / paint your own place. Also management is unresponsive for the most part
Advice to the owners
I wouldnt rent here again but it wasn't horrible
