Great location with affordable apartments

Pros

The price is great. The apartments are spacious and is a generally clean building. Landlord is super nice and very reasonable with everything.

Cons

It’s very loud being on Atlantic avenue. Windows could be updated to help with noise. Water is touch and go with temperature and sometimes pressure since it’s an old building.
