Good building; good management
Pros
Very safe secure building. Older but well maintained
Cons
The heating does need to be updated. It can get very hot, but that's better than being very cold. Walls can be thin, so loud neighbors are not great. I had quiet neighbors and then I had a neighbor with a dog.

Good quiet street in a busy and vibey neighborhood
Cons
Heat could be higher in winter. Deep clean of the laundry machines more occasionally would be good
