Well maintained. Very friendly staff.
Sometimes, I can smell what neighbors are cooking (not always).
Laundry room was well-equipped, gym was good, once they opened the roof we had a great view of Manhattan
Setting up automatic payment was oddly difficult and didn't always work, and exiting the apartment it wasn't clear what was required of me.
