I've lived at 306 E 119 for 4 years and love it
Pros
The building is a small and historic walk-up that is well-maintained. Although there's no cleaning of the hallways, so I vacuum the hall myself. The super is lovely and the landlord is actually great too, although he responds better to phone calls than text messages. I rarely see bugs and when I do, they send the exterminator very quickly.
Cons
There's really nothing I would say bad about it
