Needs improvement
Pros
Spacious apartments Exterminator once a month. Most tenants are religious Jews so the building is quiet during the observation is sabbath.
Cons
Laundry room feels like a scary movie in basement with roaches all over and 1960’s machines- ONE of each (washer dryer). The smell of pot in the building is overwhelming. Building is quite old with only on the surface renovations.
Advice to the owners
New laundry room - make it humane.
