I like how it has long hallways so the kids can play and chill and stuff.
Cons
I do not like how these owners don’t take care of this building and they’re always loud.

Dirty Building with Terrible Management
Pros
Building is located in a walkable area, with a little of services around
Cons
The building is often left to be trash by people who do not live there. Management does not make any effort to fix critical broken infrastructure like a broken pipe that is literally leaking in your apartment. People literally urinate in the elevator, as well as poop in the staircase and it is often left for days before its cleaned.
Advice to the owners
Care for your building, literally.
