great staff, location. unhelpful mgmt company
Pros
live-in super is very responsive and helpful, as are the doormen - i feel safe and comfortable in the building
Cons
gross laundry room though machines usually do work. sports bar opened downstairs and has pounding music (audible through walls several floors up)

- Nice location - Decent building with laundry and elevator
Cons
- Thin walls, can hear the neighbors - Trash management needs to be better - Rodent issues
