Good on the surface
Pros
Interior space is good. Has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Storage shed in backyard.
Cons
Landlord does not care about the comfort of the tenants. A lot is broken and never fixed. For example, the back door doesn’t lock and the bedroom window is so broken it could be pushed in by hand. Smells like old buttered popcorn, no matter how much cleaning you do or candles you use. Backyard is not usable. Ant infestation beyond belief, even with regular extermination.
Advice to the owners
Care more about your property.
