great place - recommended!
Pros
newly renovated and very clean common areas. central hvac, all new amenities. pretty quiet street/neighborhood
Cons
occasional package theft. thin walls to hallway, could hear neighbors often.

Pros
They are good about sending in regular elevator maintenance checks, pest control, and hvac people preventatively.
Cons
Thin floorboards and echoey hallway means more noise in unit. super loud construction everywhere in neighborhood. Typical small new construction building.
