unresponsive, issues w building

neighborhood is great!
Cons
no sunlight. major issues getting landlord to be responsive about heating, had to self-insulate windows when it was snowing. also had issues with persistent maintenance issues (stuff falling apart, leaks) that went completely unresolved.
