Sweet 2-family home
Pros
Super bright and airy, sweet neighborhood, VERY quiet, good amount of space, almost no pests, kind and communicative landlord, close to train. Great deal for the price!
Cons
Sometimes need to ask multiple times for a repair/long wait times for non-urgent repairs, landlord is very concerned about tenants subletting, so there’s lots of scrutiny about who is coming and going (not really an anonymous/private vibe like in large buildings)
