Pest Infested Building

Great location, cute enough apartments with exposed brick
Cons
When I lived there, there was a huge mice infestation. Like, we probably killed at least a dozen mice that would ravage our kitchen at night, and we were pretty clean and organized.

Lived here for many years - the super is very responsive for the things that actually matter
