Good apartment building but with issues
Pros
Very clean Amazing super Water gets hot fast and doesn’t run out Heat is good in the winter
Cons
Only real con is roaches in my apartment once a week. The pest control also is sort of a joke. The guy comes once a month and puts baits that do basically 0
Advice to the owners
Invest in better pest control

Miss this apartment
Pros
Had good people and simple condos right by the LIRR station.
Cons
Bathroom constantly clogged due to old pipes.
