Laundry in the building, good location
Cons
Cockroaches, neighbors, super attendant was not very nice

Cozy Greenich stay but the building is old
Pros
The neighborhood is amazing, many awesome restaurants and cafes around and the food options are really great.
Cons
Pest issues here and there due to restaurant construction downstairs. Walls aren't very sound proof. The management isn't responsive regarding complaints.
