I loved it here!
Pros
Maintenance is responsive. For the most part neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. The doormen are awesome and friendly.
Cons
People will hang out on the benches until late at night and they are LOUD.
Advice to the owners
Have security actually secure the area.

If you are not rent stabilized - expect a 12-14% increase annually.
