Too noisy. Probably wouldn’t live here again.
Pros
Clean and well maintained. Good pest control.
Cons
Walls and ceilings are thin and you hear your neighbors. I had particularly loud neighbors and it really negatively affected my experience here overall. Management did try to fix the issue by talking to them, but I think it’s more of a structural thing. If you’re sensitive to noise I’d look elsewhere.

Six Months In and We Couldn’t Be Happier!
Pros
Building Manager saw to it that the apartment was freshly painted, spotless, and ready when we moved in. Entire building staff friendly and extremely helpful. Any maintenance/service issues in the apartment are promptly and correctly addressed. Hallway renovations nicely done.
Cons
None to speak of.
