Very quiet in my back of building apartment. Loved my apartment layout. Loved the location. Rarely had any issues, but the super was responsive and easy to reach if needed.
Cons
Lobby feels stale/could use updating.
Will not go back.

Close to train station/midtown. Multiple keys needed to get in the building.

It was a hassle getting my security deposit back. It took months of me emailing and calling until I finally said I was stopping by the landlord’s office. The old women in the building act like they own the place and are security. I am a woman of color and they frequently asked me if I lived there when approaching the door. The heat and AC rarely worked! I had to call the super weekly. Due to the restaurants next to the building, there are many rats outside on trash days.
Advice to the owners
Fix the heat and AC units! Give security deposits back on time!
