Recently renovated, wood floors
Cons
There are rats in the walls and ceilings that keep me up at night. There’s a fire panel in the hallway that goes off 24/7 for weeks at a time. So many bugs. Management doesn’t take concerns seriously.
Advice to the owners
If you want people to stay in your apartments you have to provide a safe and sanitary place to live. Rats in the walls of a place that cost $2100/month is INSANE.

Small and manageable
Pros
There are only 6 units in the building so it’s nice to know your neighbors. I live in a 4 br unit with the brs split on either side so noise isn’t a huge issue
Cons
Thin walls and floors to the point where I could hear my downstairs neighbors entire album being made and getting free Japanese lessons from my wall neighbors
