A cozy home in Brooklyn on a nice street
Pros
I lived with 3 other roommates, and the rooms felt "equal" enough where each person felt happy-ish in each of their room. The communal living room/kitchen is a great layout and gets ample sunlight. The part of Warren St. that this home is on is friendly and lovely. Never felt unsafe, and the neighbors were amazing.
Cons
The street-level noise can get a bit tough if you are in the room that faces the street level. Packages can sometimes get lost if no one is home to receive them.
