No buzzer in the building.

It’s a quiet building.
Cons
The buzzer simply doesn’t work, and the landlord refuses to fix it. We’ve asked multiple times. We’ve had many packages stolen due to this impossibility of communication with the entry door. Landlord just ignores our requests.
