OK building for short term stay
Pros
responsive super intendant, no mice or rats in the building ( but there are some near the trash bins)
Cons
stairs poorly cleaned, packages stolen

Very dirty and garbage control sucks
Pros
Been living there for 6 months. Nice nyc features such as brick wall etc. appliances were stainless steel and new.
Cons
Layout is narrow, walk-up, garbage management is the worst which leads to many rats on the entrance. There's no way to get packages, and landlord was non-responsive at all.
Advice to the owners
Clean the entrance more regularly and make sure super take out the trash. It brings pests.
