Very bad places

Pros

This building is dirty inside the stairs are broken, the managers or owners are very rude, the rent is very expensive in all the years it goes up from 100 to 200 dollars, there is no law to stop it, he can raise the rent as much as he wants .

Cons

The owner never answers yes, if we ask him to fix the refrigerator, he does not do it, he does not fix things, the truth is there are no laws that protect us from the owner, he does what he wants, the inspection never comes here, the owner is only interested in the rent, does not care about anything.
