Pros
Near to 2/5, buses and MetroNorth. Also, close to Pelham Parkway and Bronx Park for greenery. We also have an amazing Super who is really responsive to any issues.
Cons
Critters-roaches and mice.
Advice to the owners
Access to the backyard would be nice.
