No frills, nice place to live
Pros
Great location, landlord quickly responds to inquires, good rent.
Cons
Door sometimes wouldn’t shut properly at main entrance, people could come in and take packages. graffiti, old paint and appliance. A bit run down.

Great building, but it’s priced as if there are amenities (and there are not)
Pros
Clean building, awesome aesthetic, responsive building manager/staff
Cons
The walls are paper thin. You will hear your neighbors do EVERYTHING as if they are in your apt. No doorman, gym, or rooftop access which a lot of surrounding buildings offer at same price point
