Pros
I Really like how quickly management resolved any issues tenants have. I really like the location. Near trains and good food
Cons
I did not like that the landlord attempted to make me pay for painting the apartment for the next tenant. That’s his job.

Good amount of natural lighting inside apartment
Cons
Pest issues, repeated package theft, smoke smell from neighbors gets into apartment, bad washer/dryer in the unit
Advice to the owners
Lots of room for improvement
