Good location, decent price

Got this on a covid rent deal and lived on the ground floor. Everything was pretty good and the management seemed to responsive

Trash collected in the back right by my door

Location was great, never really saw neighbors or had severe maintenance issues

Mice! And once there was a crack pipe in the lobby
