Not Quite Riverdale
Pros
Close to subway (1 train). Walkable area near Manhattan College.
Cons
Street parking is near impossible. Being close to the subway comes with its drawbacks. There’s also a nightclub/lounge that opened recently nearby.

Horrific Management Company
Pros
Slightly cheaper building for the general area.
Cons
Building routinely doesn’t have hot water. At times, for weeks at a time. Rats in the entry corridor. Horrific management company, which is rude, dismissive and aggressive towards tenants.
Advice to the owners
Get a new management company. HSC is incompetent and their employees lack basic respect towards tenants.
