Overpriced, dark and moldy

Great area / neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, bars and shops
Cons
Moldy bathroom, broken kitchen appliances that never got fixed by management. Small units that are way too overpriced

Noisy neighbors, Marijuana odor, washing and drying machine never works, all electric, high electricity. Always Garbage outside
