Great BedStuy Building
Pros
Super is great and responsive, building is clean, nice amenities including laundry room, gym and roofdeck
Cons
Close to Fulton Street so can get noisy, walls are thin so if neighbors are being loud you will hear it

Trash pile up outside gets crazy. They always come get it but the time between is too long
