new apartment, my first rental
Pros
clean and new building with updated facilities.
Cons
the landlord is impossible to contact and a lot of miscommunication between everyone about issue I have in my apartment.
Advice to the owners
make sure you check that everything works.

Don’t do it
Pros
Wonderful neighbors and nice location. Sarah is the most nicest person working for that building’s main office.
Cons
Hot water is hard to get. Building doesn’t like to do renovations. The landlord and super doesn’t answer calls or emails. (Joseph, James and Domingo) They will completely stand you up when it comes to necessary repairs. They are rude and yell at you over the phone. (James)
Advice to the owners
Please work with your tenants to fix all important renovations.
