Perfect for short term leasing
Pros
In unit laundry, dish washer, living room is furnished, respectful neighbors/roommates, quiet neighborhood, close to the J, convenient location
Cons
No windows in the living room, bathrooms are small, maintained has slow response times, landlord has slow response times

It's a nice & lovely building they give great customer service. easy and multiple payment options
Cons
Nothing & Nothing. I've not bad to say . I'm just dad sad I had to leave back home for personal reasons
Advice to the owners
Just build more in housing in NYC
