Indifferent Maintenance, Bare Minimum
Pros
Great location, relatively clean for an older building.
Cons
Unresponsive management, high turnover of monthly tenants, difficult to communicate with super, poor treatment of stabilized tenants, lack of upgrades to appliances and common areas, poor security devices on doors and mailboxes.
Advice to the owners
Please secure front entrance, provide cameras, secure mailboxes, upgrade doors.
