Cons
No heat on the coldest days of winter, ridiculously high rent hikes, and the owner is a bigoted bully who refuses to make repairs and steals tenants’ security deposits when they move out and threatens to sue if they object. The owner agreed to let us end our lease early, then took us to small claims court; luckily, we had the e-mails to prove our case. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
