This is a good apartment building. 3/5, would live here if they had 1 bedrooms.
Pros
Quiet, maintenance is generally good and responsive, rent controlled
Cons
Saw two in unit, a few in hallway (we're talking 4 total over 4 years), an older tenant smokes and the smell gets everywhere, management company is annoying

get a new management company
