Amazing building
Pros
Staff makes you feel you live in a hotel. The public areas are always clean. Packages are brought to your door.
Cons
Windows are not sound proof so any sirens on Broadway can be heard.
Advice to the owners
Continue to take care of the staff, they make this building really special.
