Loved my apartment wish i could stay
Pros
Apt was beautifully renovated, owner was attentive to any problems that arose. Wish I could stay but had to move to a larger space.
Cons
Not much, I would say the annoying woman on the block “the mayor” was about it.
Advice to the owners
Keep up the good work. Some tenants do appreciate a good landlord.

The worst landlord I've ever had
Pros
Nothing. Sometimes he'll answer an e-mail
Cons
He does the absolute minimum the keep tenants content. He does not pay for heat and hot water, in a boiler base that cannot be controlled He does not fix outdated washer/dryers that never work. nor does he say they are broken it still takes money. Allows essentials like AC, Heat, electricity to go unattended for long periods of time and provides no concessions tenant
