No Accountability from LL
Pros
Nice area, laundry in building.
Cons
Walk-up. LL lets issues they observe get out of hand then scams you out of money to fix them. Heaters always broken.
Advice to the owners
Fix problems when you actually see them instead of letting them get out of hand and blaming your tenants.
