Full Time Management
Pros
We lived in a 2br apt with a balcony -- perfectly located, storage space, nice open kitchen layout. the apartment itself is lovely.
Cons
the management company is NOT responsive. I was locked out of the apartment over the weekend for 3 days once and even after calling the emergency line, no one reached out to me. Our ceiling was leaking when it rained for over 2 years until they finally got the roofer to fix it.

Pros
Love the location, the neighbors are nice, nice apartment
Cons
Building in disrepair, stairs are pretty bad, the management company really drags its feet for repairs including leaks and black mold, and increases the rent a lot every year despite not doing any repairs
