Good chill building
Pros
great location, decently sized units, in unit laundry !!!!! (at least in my unit), super quiet street. landlord is responsive about issues which is really nice, and the building is always decently clean and super quiet.
Cons
heating has been a bit tricky and has gone out a few times this season.

First floor apt had pest problems (small roaches). Unresponsive management
