Worst Living Experience

It looks charming and its close to central park
Cons
Noise from people sitting outside is constant. They sit on the stoop all night blasting music and blocking the way. The next day the entire street is dirty and filled with garbage. Heat is inconsistent and its cold most days in winter. Hot water is the same The building managers Trihill properties are the worst landlords in new york. Unresponsive, deceiving and outright unwilling to work. Took them 2 months to set up my phone number at the intercom. I would especially like to single out Fiorella Selios who’s level of incompetence is truly unmatched.
Advice to the owners
Change property managers. Get anyone competent.
