Nice buildings
Pros
Clean and very efficient when it comes to most repairs
Cons
Not the greatest neighborhood but it’s okay And problems with incinerator
Advice to the owners
Fix incinerator and would be much better

Bittersweet and neighborhood change
Pros
Not too many apartments.
Cons
Smells like a Marijuana den. Packages go missing. Management passive aggressive.
Advice to the owners
Clean up your act. Just because the rent is low does not mean tenants deserve poor conditions and/or services.
