Looks Can Be Deceiving- Don't Be Fooled

Cons
Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry haphazardly slapped together. AC Units would leak and we had no heat for the first month when we moved in and then it broke again a year later after we moved in. Management dragged their feet to fix it and were negligent at times. Please be warned that there are mice and we had an ongoing rodent issue for the first half of our lease- our super sealed the walls but they would come in through holes in the exposed brick, during the summer especially when it rained.
Advice to the owners
Please be prompt with your tenants and clearly communicate progress in fixing issues. They pay too much money to live in your building and have their needs not met.
