DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! EVENT SPACE & MANAGEMENT ARE A NIGHTMARE

Convenient, near subway station, near coffee shop, fairly new appliances

Where should I start: * Management is not severe and does not really care about their tenants * The events space on the 1st floor is operating with noise levels 200x times above the standard limit * The building rattles and shakes from 2am to 10am, sometimes from 7pm to the next day. * It was a nightmare living here. * Management after multiple messages……. No response * Worst management I’ve ever dealt with * PLEASE. Stay away from this building

The event space on the first floor is a nightmare and management has barely done a thing to address the issues. Music rattles the building between the hours of 2am and 9am regularly. If you move here get ready to be woken up in the middle of the night. 311 complaints do nothing!
