High ceilings, great landlord, renovated apartments, fun neighborhood and prime location
Cons
Stairs and cleanliness are poorly maintained

Cons
Owners have had lots of changes with managements. Building and unit owners are different. There was a lot of issues moving in but for the most part everything was fixed. The place is old but okay. There are occasional mice
