Nighmare worst experience

Decent location, liked checkered floors

Had hundreds of flies come from my drains Had over 20 huge cockroaches and other bugs Rats and living in stove, under sinks, peeing and pooping everywhere, biting my cords Management company was the worst I ever experienced. Completely violated my rights, wouldn’t take any responsibility or do anything to help the situation. They are crooks. DO NOT rent one of their properties. Stove and oven also didn’t turn on for first two months, they were no help in resolving this.

Advice to the owners

Do your job and treat tenants with basic decency.
