Make sure the people hired to repair, fix, or do any type of maintenence on this building needs to know how to complete the job.
Inhuman corporate management
Pros
The apartment was large and spacious by New York City standards. The units in the back didn't get much street noise. Walking distance to Prospect Park and the subway.
Cons
Management doesn't adhere to basic courtesy such as returning phone calls. The elevator was so unsafe that the City of New York posted a sign on it declaring it unsafe to use, but management took down the sign without fixing the elevator. One of my delivery people got trapped in the elevator for a while. The emergency call button didn't work because management didn't want to pay for a service to answer the calls from trapped people! Stay away from this building!
