Super from hell
Pros
Close to train, supermarkets and pharmacy.
Cons
Apartments are built for one person or a couple but the owner divided with curtains each unit to accommodate up to five people in each apartment. The super is an old lady in her 70’s, hoarder, abusive and mentally ill. Her name is Maria Antunes. Creates chao and pest infestation. Packages and mail stolen. Building falling apart. Smells like cat urine, cigarettes and marihuana.
Advice to the owners
Repair the building. Clean the super’s hoarding. Find a real super. Install cameras in the hallways. Stop stuffing a lot of people into one unit.
