i am very honest

Pros

my neighbors are VERY nice . Great area always alive . 24hours stores .

Cons

garbage in the bottom of the staircase stinks up the whole building. They do not clean the floor at all , always dirty , they only mop the first floor

Advice to the owners

Small but quiet

Pros

Quiet (facing out away from street), regular pest control and garbage management, responsive management, rent did not go up by much after the first year, overall a pleasant place to live. Love the area.

Cons

Small apartment, noisy steam pipes (you get used to it)

Advice to the owners

Fix the heating and steam pipes to diminish the noise.
